Minitalya door core for fireproof sound insulation doors has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low thermal and sound conductivity, low density and high impact resistance. The material itself is a kind of Semi-Organic composite with stable physical and chemical performances. The material composition does not contain any toxic material such as asbestos.
The door core will not sent out any irritant smoke and gas when burned in high temperature. It is a pure green building material. So it is suitable for fireproof and sound insulation doors which will be used in common use areas. The material can be cut, sawed, dug and nailed easily, then assembled at worksite without environment pollution. All this can be done together with other procedures such as gas piping, exhaust systems, electric wire installations and etc.
